Observation

1) Under the covered patio, next to the emergency exit door to the pre-school room. An exension cord was found accessible to the children that can form a loop. 2) Plastic white bags near the toddler play area were accessible to the children in care. 3) The sidding (plastic) of the toodler play area has multiple loose and sharp sections, also the back outdoor play area behind the pre-school room, wa accessible and has many hazards accessilbe to the children that include, fencing, boards and material. 4) Multiple small broken fences are in the licensed areas and accesible to the childre in care. (around garden beds) 5) The back section of the play rea had a compost bin accessible to the children. 6) All wood storage cabinets in the toodler and pre-school room are not secured to the wall. (planters pots are also on top that can fall on a child in large lower pre-school room) 7) Multiple sections of window frame in the outdoor play area in the toodler area had peeling paint.
